Premium includes a monthly AI allowance good for dozens of chats or guided tasks - the assistant builds protocols with you, reviews cycles, parses bloodwork photos, and imports inventory, and every change it stages waits for your approval. Premium+ triples it.
- Measured in credits: 125,000/month on Premium, 375,000 on Premium+.
- Longer plans grant more: +25% on 6-month, +50% on annual.
- A typical assistant task runs a few hundred to ~1,600 credits.
- Your full month's allowance is available up front. Purchased top-ups (coming with subscriptions) never expire.
- Bring-your-own-key chat and MCP usage (Premium+) never draw from the allowance.
